but it doesn’t read on smartfit 2.0 and smart fit 1.18
the hearing aid called berlin 60
could any one help me to get the software ???

What ReSound model do you want to connect ? Please send Photos of your hearing aids
BERLIN 60 is an internal naming for the plattform chip.
You need to know which Family and Model do you have.
What hearing aid Family is it ? Key, Enzo Quattro, LiNX Quattro, Enzo 3D, LiNX 3D.
What Model is it?
The OPs picture of the App looks like Amplifon but could be completely wrong.
It’s an identical picture to what Amplifon show when I connected my Sky Aids.

Op also didn’t mention anything about what programming device he’s used, if it is Amplifon they could well be locked, always it’s hard to understand why the app only list the chip as “berlin 60”?first time ever seen this before, and if it’s the older platform Enzo, Linx you’d use Aventa not SmartFit, @ahmed3394rs what country are you based.
