Hi all,
I just get new pair of Oticon More 1 and want to setup with Genie. My current Genie is versioned 2020.1. So I went ahead to run Oticon update. After the update ran, I went to do installation and it completed sussessfully. However, when I opened Genie in family instrument, I can’t see the Oticon More. Can anyone please advice what step do I need to do to get Oticon more show up in Genie2?
Per “pvc”, the Genie2 2020.2 fitting software does support Oticon More 1, 2, and 3

There are two Genies. Genie for older/Legacy HAs, and Genie2 for newer/current HAs.
Run Genie2.

I have been Genie2 (2020.1) for testing and tweaking my OPN 1 for a while. Just today I got OPN more 1, so I want test it with Genie2 but it seemed the update did not work? or may be I missed something. Any advice is greatly appreciated

You will find Oticon Genie2 readily available there.
Also, the Genie Updater in your Sys Tray should work.
Well, I did run the update from Updater in window system tray and finish installation. I did reboot my pc, then opened Genie2. It was still showing version 2020.1. (with version 2020.1, it seemed not to support OPN More1, 2, 3). Now I checked Updater again, and it said there is new software to update. I am running the updater now as you advice… not sure what will be next. I will let you know what it is
The link you showed for software download is still showing 2020.1 version.
Do you have link to download 2020.2 version?

Okay, so you installed 2022.1. Are you saying it reverts to 2020 when you run it?

The link you have on the PDF (on the area of DIY) takes me to the log in page of Oticon and it asks for user name and password …

Yep, you are right. It looks like the Oticon Canada site has put Oticon Genie/Genie2 behind a customer login. Future requesters should Click PVC’s Avatar on any PVC forum post; Click PVC’s Featured Topic and follow the procedure for requesting software. Perhaps someone may be willing to share.
