Hello, I want to ask if there is a firmware update for oticon xceed 1 bte up, mine is currently at firmware 8, does it needs to be updated?

Mine is at firmware 8 and I’ve been told it’s the latest update.

Thank you. It’s because recently one of my hearing aids Bluetooth is malfunctioning and I want to know if it’s due to the update.

Nothing to update but what or how is Bluetooth malfunctioning?
