I have Signia Ax7s and like them.
I have conductive loss in my right ear (mixed loss in my left). For speech, the Osia BAHA that I got through Kaiser is just flat out excellent, including speech in noise. Kaiser covered most of the cost or I wouldn’t have been able to afford it. But if your insurance covers this, it’s a really good option for those with conductive loss–and probably with mixed as well.
Your audiologist should be able to perform REM on the Widex hearing aids.
Not on Widex they have there own respective way of doing things.
Widex isn’t a magical snowflake that doesn’t need appropriate confirmation that the correct amount of gain is being delivered to the eardrum.
Im getting a lot more battery life on my Lumity than you guys. Im getting 17-18 hours, with a few hours of streaming, with a UP receiver.
