I purchased a usb link with my hearing aids from buyhear. I don’t know if they sell them separately but its worth a call.

The usb link driver files are included in the software from compass (gps) (in map “support”) In compass you can activate the usb link in “tools”
But, i can help you; no problem, but tried to send driver map to you, but it seems not possible.
