Streamer worked just fine since we got it. Now (for some reason) we just have the fading green light on the unit, and ‘streamer not connected’ message in the Widex iPhone app.
The streamer IS connected to the hearing aids. But fading green light suggests no signal from TV (?) TOSLINK out. So what does this mean? What changed?
I’ve reset everything, and nothing seems to help.
Anybody have a clue?
If the streamer has an inbuilt rechargeable battery then a possible cause of your problem is that the battery has got to the end of its working life. This is likely if the streamer is 3 or more years old.

Turns out it’s some problem with our fancy Sony TV audio-out settings. (we have no idea what it is though. Used to work fine)
Plugging the streamer unit into any of our other TVs and the streamer works just fine.
