I have Widex Unique Fusion 440s and I bought a second hand Widex TV Dex.
I cant communicate with it all.
Do I need to go to an Audiologist and have the Hearing Aids set up for The TV DEX?
I am currently using the Phone Dex successfully.
Fully charge the TVDEX, put the hearing aids in your ears and then hold the TVDEX controller close and press both the + and - button at the same time. both of the hearing aids will let you know it has paired by playing a tone and your tvdex is now paired to your hearing aids. reset it back into the charger and after this it should be good to go
