Widex Moments Party vs Streaming Music

Edit/Update: For posterity and anyone else this same snafu happens to… the Streaming Music option in the app uses/needs the Music program in the HAs. Lesson learned :man_facepalming:.

Anyone battled this and won, got streaming music back. I’ve read that Party Mode can bounce Streaming Music in 220s, well, same happened with my 440s. I uninstalled Party Mode and restarted the Moments but Streaming Music never came back. I uninstalled the app, rebooted, reinstalled the app. No change. I’m down to going back to a prior session as a Hail Mary.

Any ideas?

iPhone or Android? This sounds like a BT issue

If iPhone: settings → accessability → Hearing devices → MFI hearing devices → Check that the streaming functions are on and that your hearing devices are enabled ("MFI Hearing devices fonts are blue). Also, in settings, hearing devices → Audio routing, see if media audio is enabled.

I have Moment SmartRIC 440

No clue on Android.

Thanksl for the suggestions! I’m on Android. But I checked the same OS system settings and everything was as it should be. :man_shrugging:
