Thanks for the information. I can’t offer any useful advice as I have not experienced connection dropouts between the Wide Moment app on my iPhone SE (2020) and my Widex Moment 330 HAs. It may be different hardware inside the iPhones?
I have (replaceable battery) Widex Moment 440’s and currently an iPhone 16 Pro, previously an iPhone 11.
Both of these phones have behaved perfectly with the hearing aids with one exception and that was when the streaming worked but the normal hearing aid microphone didn’t. Aid was replaced within a week - over the New Year period too, so I was impressed
There have been previous postings about the range of phone to hearing aids and I need to say that I always keep my phone in a shirt breast pocket. I will not buy shirts that do not have a breast pocket. This started in “pre streaming” hearing aid days when I would only hear the phone ring if it was in my breast pocket.
One other thing is that I only have my iPhone connect to the hearing aids, and have not attempted to connect the iPad as apparently that can lead to problems
