Hello, can someone send me the Compass program download link for programming newest Widex devices, please?
Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides, plus get the Noahlink wireless programming device for your DIY projects.
I have the version 4.4 running but is there a later version available? My new SmartRIC does not show up in the 4.4 version so can someone please send me a link to the latest available? Thank you.
Where did you download 4.4 from? Once installed I would presume you can turn ON auto updates. The only download I found onWidex web site is for the remote care app CompassGpsRemoteCare-1.exe or is that it?
I"m not sure where I got it now. I think I asked here and someone made it available to me. I think there’s a 5+ version out there and don’t know what the latest is. I’ll try to see if I can get it to update.
Just doing an update to 4.7.6117.0 from 4.4.5048.0
There’s a separate updater added to your desktop that you can use to force check for any updates.
I have the latest version of the Compass Software running now and I’m very confused about what I’m seeing in the fine tuning section. The numeric values displayed for loud sounds is around zero and it doesn’t match the graphical data for loud sounds. I use Philips Hearsuite and have never seen anything like this:

Welcome to the forum, yeah it’s one of the reasons I backup on a flash drive for just these very situations, since you have everything else I’m sure you’ll be up running in no time.

Welcome to the forum, what models are you trying to adjust, as you’ll need the correct programming device.

Hi, I have been kindly sent two links to download - one from Tenkan and Firenzel. The compass 4.4 is 1.2gb and the V4.3 is 900 mb - my virus scanner marks them as suspicious… because they are too big to scan are these safe? Thanks Mike.

Hi. I’m an audiologist working in a non-clinical position, and I’m trying to re-program my Mom’s Widex Moment hearing aids. I have Noahlink wireless unit but I can’t download the programming software from Widex. Could you please share it? Thanks!
