Hi all - can deleting programs be done in the widex app, or only in compass? I actually don’t see all of them in compass, because they were made using two different sets of the same make model hearing aids (moment sheer), while I trialed the support aspect from 2 providers. I supposed I could delete the app and start again, if it comes to that. None of them can’t be rebuilt. Thanks
Program’s “programmed” in the HAs can only be removed with with what they were programmed with, Compass.
Extra programs added in the App can be removed with the App.
