Why does my hearing feel worse in my right ear yet my audio gram is better for the right ear?

I had an audio gram that went up to 12khz done in may and my hearing was normal in both ears - strangely for most of the frequencies my hearing was better in my right than left. However, I’ve been finding it hard to hear in my right ear: everything feels unfocused and unclear and I sometimes miss things that are said to me on the right side of my body - when I move my head from side to side, things sound different in my right and left ears. My ent has given me nasal spray and antihistamines and I’ve been taking them for just under 2 weeks yet haven’t seen any major improvements: does anyone know what can cause this to occur? Should I just keep taking the medication provided and just wait and see?

Ask your ent or an audiologist. Might have to do with word recognition. Did they test that? Maybe post your audiogram?
