Hi there, does anyone know where to buy Phonak Nadia Lumity L70/90 SP online? Seems to be limited options online. Guessing it’s due to a warranty thing.

Most hearing aid manufacturers do not like their hearing aids to be sold online. A few manage to do, but it could violate the warranty from the manufacturer.

No one’s had any issues buying online and not getting warranty, 1 year international seems to be the norm tho

Thank you. Do you know if these would cover a a similar hearing loss as a Nadia Lumity? Not sure what the differences are between Nadia and Sky.
Why do you want to buy that particular model if you don’t know what it does? Have you seen an audiologist and had an audiogram?
Problem with buying BTEs online is the need for a custom mold. How does the retailer do that? These are questions you need to ask the retailer.
I have one for my left ear with a slim tube setup through and audiologist. I’m hoping they give me copies of my audiograms this week. I would like to try to not have to jump through the referral/scheduling hoops. I would like to be able to have the ability to adjust it and take care of it myself. I’m 31 and tech savvy. Thanks
Yeah that’s the way, i don’t think you’d have any issues getting a local clinic to do molds if you needed them anyway, you could do In-situ in Target if you wanted as well, but again it’s very simple for your Audiologist to email your audogram, should take like 5min to send through, your left is stored in the HA so once connected you’ll have that.

Then you want to buy another of exactly the same hearing aid. You can’t marry them together if they are different.

I would be wary of buying a hearing aid from a seller that isn’t a hearing aid shop of some sort. How did this seller in India get the hearing aid?
As for custom molds, not every shop works with outside hearing aids. Going to need to call around and see. Would your current audiologist make one?
It would be an audiologist that offers unbundled services. None close to me, but you would have better luck if you live in a big city.
Why? From India/China maybe, online is the way of the future, bricks and mortar are on the way out and have for a while, you can thank Costco and the pandemic for fast forwarding this!
Not so, where’d you get that from? Sure that get a bit upset if you want adjustments etc with HAs not brought from them, but when it comes to consumables and accessories they couldn’t care less.
Local one near me won’t make molds unless you bought the hearing aid from them or sign up for a “service plan.”
I know I’ve read on the site that people have had moulds made by Lyod’s hearing.

Read the online seller wording carefully. Some are selling “TRIAL” models very cheap. The HA’s will send out a sound every 2 weeks and adjustment need to be done at the Audi office. If you are a DIY, then your reset it when the sound appears.

Yes good point Danka, but I believe you could go as long as 12 weeks, but still a bit of a hassle ; )
