I have Phonak Naida V90SP HAs.
A battery door of one aid is broken inside, and cannot hold a battery properly.
I would like to replace the battery door. I have a Phonak Removal Tool, and how to replace the battery door.
However, I don’t know where and how I can buy one. I would appreciate if anybody tells me where I can get one.
The color of the aid is Silver Gray.
Thank you very much.
I got a spare battery door from my audiologist a while ago. Worth asking your audiologist.

You could try lloydhearingaid.com. I’ve never used them, but maybe worth a look. Or you could ask your audi to send the HA to Phonak for repair. If it’s out of warranty it might cost maybe &100-$200 I’m guessing.

I’ve bought battery doors from Boots Hearing Care in the UK. They cost me £2 each which I think is around $4 or $5. You should be allowed to change them yourself rather then send the whole HA off.

Some doors you can, others are mounted with blind pins within a clamshell case construction.
It depends on the manufacturer; not all are 10 second swaps.
I wear the Phonak Sky V70 SP which is basically the same as the OP and these HAs battery doors are an easy change by just taking a pin out.
