Hi just wondering when the nhs are likely to get anymore of the latest models from phonak like the phonak cros p and so will they have anymore options for rechargeable hearing aids also is the phonak cros p able to stream using something like the mylink and clip on mic as I’m really thinking about asking about changing to the oticon cros aid with twin link at my next appointment in November so as i can get my mylink and clip on mic working as they couldn’t get it set up on my current cros aid and if they are likely to get any of the newer models and if phonak cros p can stream from a device like the mylink and clip on mic as well as still be able to utilise the cros aid ability then i will wait if they are likely to come up soon

Nathos Nova seems to be the most up to date NHS aid from Phonak (at least according to their site). This is a Marvel aid though. The casing looks very similar to the KS 10 from Costco (made by Phonak’s parent company, Sonova).
I recently lost a Nathos S+ and received a Nathos Auto (based on the Venture platform) in return.
Yes i saw they put the nathos nova up but they have updated there cros aid for ages and any of the other models so was wonder when that was going to happen as my current cros aids are good but they are not 100% helpful in noisy situations so i really need something that will work with my mylink and clip on mic and I’ve used phonak for years but really need something that can make use of streaming from a device like the mylink and clip on mic and am currently leaning towards asking about the oticon at my appointment in November but only thought if phonak are likely to bring there latest cros aid to the nhs in the next few months i would hold off for a bit until i can get that
The NHS are always behind in technology.
The likely hood of them getting the CROS P in, so soon after it being released is quite slim.
After my appointment, I waited 5 weeks to get new NHS hearing aids.
Thank you for that so i think I’ll just go ahead and enquiry about getting the oticon cros aids then and hope that i get along with them i just hope that if i can get the oticon cros they will let me keep my current cros aids in case i don’t get along with the oticon
