How can I find out what type\ classification this hearing aid is? The owner doesn’t know. The only info is that it’s Widex.
Do you have any idea how I can know the details?

It’s really small, but if you can read the dark gray label on the underside (just above the battery door hinge) there should be a model number and SN.

Looks like you’ve already identified the device but you could install the Widex app on your phone and see if will connect. The app should identify the device.
