Weird sound with Rexton - what does it mean?

I have a Rexton Accord,16 2c BTE, left ear only.

Yesterday and just now, 2 different times, it has made this soft higher pitched toot - toot - toot - 3 times. Never heard this before, no idea what it means. It is NOT the sound when the battery is low and needs to be replaced.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

could it be a program change. My aids give beeps for each program. 1 beep program 1, 2 beeps program 2 etc.

Thanks, no not the program change. Happened again this afternoon – I did not have my HA on! So this is a new tinnitus sound, in my head. Sigh. Thanks for posting.
