I lost my Ponto 4 Processor! It fell off and into San Diego Bay. Can’t afford to replace. A year before insurance will upgrade to Ponto 5.
Have you checked to see if you have a free replacement through Oticon?
I ask because Cochlear does this for their processors.

This is my second loss. Insurance doesn’t cover. I’m hoping that someone who has already upgraded to a Ponto 5 will have a four they’re not using.

I am looking for a Oticon Ponto 4 for my father in law. I see your post was a year ago same thing happened to him he lost his second one. Any luck on getting one would you sell the 4?if you have one? Please let me know. Thank you so much.
