I am looking to buy a pair of Opn S with 312 batteries (not rechargeable)
I have Real 3 rechargeables that I would be willing to trade.
Is there something about a More/Real 312 that does not work for you? Just curious about why Opn S in particular.
All of the More/Real range have t-coils which I don’t want or need. They are all the same appearance with the rocker switch. The bodies are just too big to accommodate my glasses behind my ears.
I also have Opn 2 (original not S) with 312 batteries and the single push switch which I really like. Hence my ideal would be Opn S Minirite 312.
discotinued, get a used one
I had the issue of more stuff between my head and the ear for comfort for a few years recently. I finally changed frames and got a very thin, titanium frame which totally solved the issue. Now, the frames weren’t exactly cheap, but they last a long time and I can get new lenses installed to extend the lifespan of the set-up. I’m in year 3 or 4 with these frames/lenses. My recollection is the frames were less than the lenses because I have a private pilot’s license and want the absolute best lens/glare/sunglass arrangement I can get in one package.
I’ll have a rummage when I get back to the office, I might have something kicking around from that era of models.
@eliotb Thanks for that advice on thin frames. I will pursue it.
@Um_bongo Many thanks but just today I got the chance to buy some Opn S locally.
Thanks anyway.
