Using smart watch as iwatch / garmin venu3 with Signia

  1. At Some of these smart watches answering phone call is available including hearing and speaking using the watch mic and speakers.
    Is there ability to hear via HA and speaking to the watc’s mic? Done with the iPhone?

  2. Any option to install signia app on the apple watch to control volume and direction as available via iPhone?

I have some Signa Active Pro IX and unlike my Phonaks they cannot be paired with my Apple Watch, but if there is something playing on my phone, I can pause and change the volume.
