Using fabric/skin tape to keep hearing aid mold from moving

I’m not sure who recommended this solution but i would like to thank you.

I was having problems with one mold slipping out of the ear, especially when i chewed. As recommended i bought the MIILYE two-sided tape, unrolled about 3-4 mm, cut it, trimmed it, and attached it to the foot of my mold (attached to the side of the foot that is against my ear) . I peeled off the other side of the tape and it is very sticky. Once in place the mold does not move. It lasts for several days too.

This is the best fit for molds i have ever had!

Hi Don,

I recommended using the using the body tape to hold hearing molds in place. I’ve been using it for about a year and found it to be an excellent fit with no problems. I change the tape about every 3 or 4 days.

Thank you for this! It is exactly what i needed!
