Hi. I have some trouble update audiogram in different software (except for Phonak and Unitron, they are intuitive to find - they have a big recalculate bottom) .
I found if I open the software before hearing test , they will ask me if I want to update the gain when hearing test has done. However, I sometimes need to run in different rooms or computers. I cannot really open software before hearing test.
Does anyone how to actually update audiogram in ReSound, Signia, Oticon, Starkey? Thanks.
Actually it’s not that hard, in ReSound SmartFit it’s just hover your mouse on the patient and you’ll get a pop up showing a red pen, click on this and now you make adjustments to the audiogram (top right corner) once you’ve made your changes, you can click on “update” at the bottom right corner.
Signia Connexx is open up your client (load client) and from there you just click on “audiogram” on the top left corner of the page, make your adjustments and then click on “save” from the left side panel icons (3rd from left)
Oticon is from the client page, just click on the client and then on the left side of the page under “audiogram” click here and then make your adjustments and then click on “save changes” bottom right corner.
Starkey I don’t use it, but I noticed top left you just click on the “audiogram” icon and you get a pop up to edit from there.
I’m sure someone could confirm this for inspire.
Thanks Tenkan. Is there other methods without editing the audiogram myself?
It’s a bit time consuming though.
