So i have a question.
I have 2 of Moxi B1-R and there are the lowest program level.
I have Unitron truefit soft and Noahlink wireles.
I want to upgrade level of my Moxi but when i go on the upgrade tab i cant see any other prrogram except i already have
What am i doing wrong ?
Only the “trial” models can do this unfortunately.

The manufacturer supplies “trial/demo” models to the Audiology clinic for customers to “trial” different features, it can be changed in the software.
but there is oportunity to change the level later of course it costs some money, but i think i have everything it needs to the truefit sift and noahlik wireless
Ok yeah there is available that situation, Phonak was doing it so makes sense that Unitron offered it, well no “free” lunch as they say, have a look on eBay, the trail version comes up every now and then for a very good price, you’d just need to reset them every 10/12 weeks in the software.
so with my moxis i cant do flex upgrade and cant do flex trial neither ?
That’s right, it’s unfortunate but that’s how it works.
but in that case how do they upgrade if i am visiting clinic ?
You pay the money (The Fee) to the Audiologist who then pays Unitron, they then send the “code” for upgrading,easy as that.
I can confirm that V7 can be temporarily upgraded to V9, this is not a trial model, not sure if platform B allows this
So that’s for how long, 10min – 10 days or longer, would be only for someone to trial in the office right? No one gets a “free” upgrade, please explain how it works.

my surdologist said yes it can be upgraded with this soft but he obvoiusly cant tell me how )
What version of fitting software do you have?
You can use the new level for up to 6 weeks after each data save, and you can reset your data an unlimited number of times to get 6 weeks again.
Unitrom Truefit 5.6 it was 5.1 and updated after instalation
Yeah i know about it but as you see on the screenshot a cant do even trial
By the way is your app installed as standalone?
Or you additionaly installed the noahlink drivers or smth ?
