Hi there, yeah so have you got your Noahlink wireless programming device, as that’s needed for any DIY projects.

Does anyone know what the difference is between the Unitron ā€˜Customer’ Tru Fit program and the ā€˜Professional’ one ? I’ve managed to download the ā€˜Customer’ version but if anyone has the ā€˜Professional’ version I would be grateful for a link.

I’m confused by this, as there’s only the one version for the professional to use, there’s no ā€œcustomerā€ version software because there’s no way they want just anyone programming thier HAs.

Just an update. I’ve unzipped the program and the Install Guide states…

I replied to your post with a link to the software download but this has now disappeared - are links not allowed ? The software program shows as
UnitronTrueFitCustomer5.6.0.28563-2024.05.02.zip. It was the ā€˜Customer’ bit that confused me.

Hi there, yeah it’s best to not post these types of things, we all like to talk about our DIY projects, questions etc, but anyways really glad you got it sorted in the end.

Cheers

Greetings, would you be able to share link to Unitron Truefit v5 or above (5.6 should be okay too).
Would like to program a set of Unitron DX Insera CIC/IIC (battery size 10). Thanks in advance !

Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, although it’s pretty easy in most cases, the CIC type with size 10 batterys can be a little fiddly, some are NW (non wireless) do you have the wireless models, if yes you could use the Noahlink wireless programming device, if no it’ll be HiPro and cables with flex connectors.

These are non-wireless I believe so looks like HiPro, and the A10 (white) programming cables :+1:

Actually the cables are the Phonak CS44A, not sure what the ā€œwhiteā€ cables are, just another name from Unitron I guess.

Ah yup, that must be it. Attached what I found in the docs.

My audiologist uses something like this:

Yeah okay no flex connectors needed, just remove the battery door and plug them in, nice.
