I am unable to pair a Connexx Smart Connect device to my Signa Contrast HP+ hearing aids.
My audiologist had previously supplied me with an EasyTek device which I could pair with the same aids. Due to difficulties I was experiencing she has replaced the easyTek with a Connexx Smart Connect device. Despite following the instructions carefully to pair the Smart Connect with my aids, I am unable to connect the two. Any suggestions?
- Green light remains flashing for 10 minutes until it switches off, indicating fails to connect.
- Amber light flashes briefly indicating ‘an error has occurred’
- I have checked loop is connected correctly.
- I have followed the instructions to unpair my hearing aids from the device, but still no joy when trying again to pair.
- I have tried resetting the Smart Connect.
- I did not unpair my hearing aids from the easyTek before I returned it.
