Unable to pair Bluetooth with one of my Phonak Audeo M90-R Hearing Aids

WHAT! She’s ducking her responsibility. SHE should be calling Phonak, not you. Providers have special numbers to call and authorization numbers that they relate to Phonak to get information. Even so, hold times can be long. I know all this because my provider called Phonak for me with a problem and got a concise and useful answer. When my almost-new L HA proved defective, my provider sent the pair back to Phonak and got me a brand new replacement rather than my having to wait for a repair. So, you might want to expect similar service from your provider.
