The question was directed to the OP based on her left/right Bluetooth issue. Just curious if the volume controls were different than the usual set up.
Most of the Phonak Aids in the past decade the volume can be set up to be adjusted together or separately in the software.
Seems I remember a member having a similar issue with Bluetooth that ended up fixing the issue by booting the phone.
