Hi, just bought a new lg tv and cannot synchronise the phonak tv adaptor output to my hearing aids with the tv speaker output to other listeners in the room, resulting in my having an uncomfortable echo effect . I previously had a Sony tv and had no problem at all. I have tried using a bluetooth soundbar for the tv sound out, but to no avail, still the echo problem. Any suggestions welcome, otherwise the tv will have to go?
Did you connect the TV adapter to the tv using an audio cable or the optical cable? If you used the audio cable, suggest you use the optical.
