So far my Google searches for this driver have been unsuccessful. Anybody have a source?
Are you looking for the drivers, or the dongle? The dongle should of came with connexxAir, did you buy it on eBay? You could possibly return it.
I don’t know exactly what issue your having, but just to let you know that there has been firmware updates over the years to the connexxAir, maybe you ment this and not drivers, as they are installed as soon as plug the dongle in ( if you have it that is?)
My Bluetooth page on the computer shows “ConnexxAir Dongle, Driver is unavailable”
The Bluetooth page does see the ConnexxAir, so there is some connectivity but it will not pair with the dongle.
Maybe I need to update the firmware on the ConnexxAir. Need to find the pace to do that. Thanks
This is done in Connexx, so have you tried to connect your HAs? I haven’t seen that driver message myself before, I’d just get Connexx to find the connexxAir and see what happens from there.
Uninstalled all ConnexxAir software and reinstalled Rexfit… from a thumb drive and everything is working fine now. Don’t know why that program wouldn’t install from the download folder. The no driver found issue also disappeared with the new installation.

What software is that? Or do you mean Connexx software right actually I see you mentioned Rexfit, your using the Rexton flavoured version, but anyways you got it sorted which is great.
Originally installed “SignaCX8510S8510” from which I apparently could not use the dongle, because on the Bluetooth setup screen it would show “Driver Unavailable”
I then uninstalled that, restarted the laptop and installed “Rexfitconnexxdiskset_9.7.0.667” which worked fine and it found the KS7 aids without any dongle driver issues.

New to group,need some help,trying to program my old Oticon Dynamo, Got fittink link equipment that come with usb dongle (connexx air) from ebay, when i connect usb connexxair dongle it says driver unavailable, does anyone have a link to the driver?
Welcome to the forum, ok so you got me confused! Are you saying your trying to use the Oticon FittingLink with the Signia connexxAir dongle? Because obviously that’s not gonna work, you need to use the correct dongle for each brand.
To get the driver you need to have genie installed and running, then plug the FittingLink dongle in, genie will install the driver.
