Trouble connecting Oticon Engage by Bluetooth to Oppo Find x5 Pro

Hi

Recently acquired a Oticon Engage hearing aid and currently having trouble connecting it through Bluetooth to my Oppo Find x5 Pro? Was told only Bluetooth would work. Any ideas on this. It pairs but that is far as it goes, was told can connect to multiple devices for music, TV and laptops.

Here is a link where you can determine what is compatible. I don’t think you’ll find the HAs work with all you think you were told.

Oticon Engage is Made For iPhone so only works with iPhone or iPad.

Doesn’t have true Bluetooth, it has Low Energy Bluetooth.
