To hear a specific person, in loud setting, can he wear a mic & and connect to my hearing aids, (Phonak)

The situation: I cannot hear male voices very well, if a TV is on or water is running - I don’t hear my beloved (who turns up TV for himself). Is there a device I could get to direct his voice sounds to my hearing aids (if not Phonak, what company)?

If you already have Phonak then perhaps the Roger’s mic.
I have Oticon INTENT1 aids and I use either my connect clip mic or the EduMic. The connect clip seems to work lesser distance than the EduMic

If you are using Phonak, then you could try the Phonak Partner Mic, which he would wear as a lavalier microphone at the base of his neck. They’re (relatively) inexpensive on ebay.

I recently got a free Phonak Partner mic (and a free Phonak TV streamer) with a pair of Infio Sphere I90’s. The partner mic impressed me on first use. I clipped it to my wife and then wandered around the house, I could literally go to all of the corners of our 2300 SF house, both floors, and not lose contact with her until I stepped out into the garage. They have a range of about 80 ft. I’m taking the Partner mic with us when we fly to Italy in two weeks, for her to wear on the plane.
