The wire/tube that leads from the BTE to the RIC

With my ihear Pro Max bought online 6 years ago, (and never fitted by anyone) and with the Widex Moment 440’s that I got two days ago from a local audi on a 30 day trial, the tube into my right ear comes out after a while. I have been told that my left ear canal is more “curvy”. I will go back for a follow up next week and hope he will address it, but I wanted to ask, is this a matter of the tube not being long enough, or can the curve of the tube be changed? I don’t want to use a larger dome just to keep it in. If the tube can be “bent”/reformed, how is it done?

Starting to learn the saying I see here on the forum that says “The fitter is more important than the HA”

Comes out of my ear, that is.

Your audiologist can quickly fit it to your ear. go back as soon as possible so you are still covered by the trial.
Or ask if the trial can be extended a bit
