the Philips 9040

will the Oticon ProWax MiniFit Replacement Wax Filters for Hearing Aids work with the
Philips 9040

PS I am new to using this site but having a major problem getting the needed wax guard and dooms from Costco in Hacks cross road in Memphis.

They do not understand My ears make excessive wax and I need to change the filter every Sunday so I can hear the sermons ( I really can make it through the rest of the week just switching using the right 1/2 week or 3 days and left 1/2 the week or 3 days.

The Philips booklet says change filters as needed, (as needed) The hearing department thinks once a month is adiquiet? I can not stop my ears from making excessive wax so I need to buy the right filters because Costco is not holding up to their agreement since I purchase these in 2024 ,

. I live 240 miles round trip from Costco and I will Never buy hearing aids from Costco again!
I have been 2 months waiting on getting the filters they say they shipped by USPS mail. They act like Im lying about getting them I did get one envelope with 6 filters and dooms the envelope looked like it road in the floorboard of the mail truck a month! disgusting!

That unfortunately isn’t something we could know without know what receivers you have. Whither you have domes or custom ear molds. There are teo possibilities that I know of, pro waw mini and the regular pro wax. And they aren’t interchangeable. A picture my help.

They fit. I wear the 9030 and use them, and the 9040 is the same size. I had 9040 loaners when my 9030s were sent for repair because of a battery issue.

Do you have domes or custom ear molds? It makes a difference.

Domes here. ……………………

Domes are the mini. I have acrylic custom ear molds and have the larger pro wax.

I’m only about 140 miles RT from Costco so I just buy wax guards and domes from Amazon and save the gas.
