Is the label of batteries size 13 always in orange? Or is it different from a manufacturer to another?
P.S. I tried one and it’s working but I just wanted to check it with you as well.

Yes
A quick google search shows that
10 is yellow
312 is brown
13 is orange
675 is blue

Normally, but that’s just Rayovac’s convention (orignally I think) - I have seen them packaged in different colours though. They’re still 13 batteries pictured though.
