Solved (I think). My guess is that because I changed the installation code, it thinks I’m another Audiologist, and the previous Audiologist considers their work to be sacred.
Just done this with 1st set (P90-13T):
Trial & Tools / Reset/Stock mode - reset aids to factory settings.
Once done, I could load my client settings
Edit: Migrated 4 pairs over to V11 and now have Sound and Media files to play around with.
I have some questions about Phonak’s Target desktop application. I’ve searched the forums to no avail. Can someone help?
Does Target require Noahlink, or can it connect directly to the hearing aids via the PC’s Bluetooth?
Are any drivers or additional software required to use Target and/or Noahlink?
Does any of this software or hardware require evidence that the user is an audiologist? For example, does Target lock any advanced features from non-audiologists?
If I use these tools, will I jeopardize any warranties or support from Phonak or the audiologist who sold me the device?
It’s all over the forum, you can only connect with the correct hardware interface.
Sometimes you may need to install the drivers for win11
No issues there
No definitely not, remember these are your HAs and you can do what you like with them, you’ll get a time stamp difference and if you actually make changes then you clinic will notice, but you can fob them off with some made up story as to why.
