Hi I’m looking for the software to programme my mother’s Phonak Audeo B-R hearing aids. She’s had them years, never worn them because background sounds were always too loud.
I’m hoping to convert her into a hearing aid user because she refuses to see an audiologist, after previous experience.
I’m aware I’ll require an icube ii, however without software I’m reluctant to purchase one.

Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
Quick update, reprogrammed both hearing aids and my mother is now wearing both and very happy with them. Many thanks for the help.
