On phone calls, there is a very sharp “ch” or electronic sound like overmodulating at the end of certain people’s words; usually males with normal voices, not exceedingly deep. It doesn’t feel loud, but annoying.
What is this a symptom of? loudness? feedback? One of the Gxx lines needs to be tweaked?
What program are you using the phone calls? ComPilot?
Phonak adaptive method with marvels on the streaming phone call program. No other accessories other than the marvels.
I am very new to HA(1.7 months). These are Marvel M90R with custom cshell molds with a 2.x~3mm vent(very comfortable). I am still at the stage where chip bag rustling is damn near nerve wrecking.
Have a look at how the streaming programs are set compared to your other programs. That’ll tell why you have the trouble.
