Support email address for Beltone?

Beltone’s chat function leads solely to a scheduler, with NO technical or warranty program knowledge.

Every attempt to get clarification on two (what should be very) simple questions leads to attempting to schedule me with the provider who referred me elsewhere as my circumstance (see Close to despair after months of audiologists (note: PLURAL!) attempting recovery of music and speech for nauseatingly detailed information on my case) was beyond his level of expertise.

I have two of what should be simple - but are apparently obscure - questions, and need to get beyond the uninformed wall of the chat function.

Anyone have email contacts for Beltone personnel (NOT local providers)?

Yes, sort of.

The only Beltone FB I could find seemed to be a group of offices in the GA/AL and nearby area.

The newest post was almost 2 years old, but I messaged whomever’s at the other end; I got a robo-response, so, perhaps, it does go to the national office. Won’t know until tomorrow…

Getting detailed info on current gear is challenging, but I DID find a couple of links for detail on both the Imagine and Achieve lines:

Much to my annoyance, despite my viewing them, saving those links leads to “you can’t view this” announcements when attempting to re-open them, or I’d share them here.

Yeah its crazy, but Beltone is ReSound, and the details on the one’s (Imagine) are the same with different names.
