Revitalash brow serum to the rescue - just apply liberally around the hole and soon it’s all covered again. 
Rabies goes to the brain retrograding through nerve fibers. The longer the nerve (e.g., in the foot), the longer the gap between being bitten and the first symptoms.

In ideal situation - dermatology specialist consultation first. There are drugs like minoxidil in different percentages as scalp ointments or prescription tablets.
There are drugs for benign prostate hyperplasia (finasteride, dutasteride), but they works only in case of androgenetic alopecia, not in other types of alopecia. Thus important is talking with dermatology specialist.
In a perhaps even more ideal situation a man may consider baldness is not a disease at all.
