Streamline TV not sending signal to both ears

I use Signia StreamLine TV to send sound to my Signia hearing aids. It only sends the signal to one ear. How do I get it to send signal to both ears?

Hi there, so did this just suddenly happen while you were using the connector? I’d just reboot the HAs and tv connecter to begin with, make sure you have got good connection to the tv, check the cables etc

Thank you for the advice. I finally got it to work by re-pairing the hearing aids to my phone… It had for some reason only paired the right HA. So now when I take the HA’S out of the charger I make sure it it’s paired to both. I guess I wasn’t waiting long enough. It pairs the right ear first and then takes about another 10 seconds to pair the left ear.
