First day with hearing aids and I something isn’t working right. Streaming/calls from my iPhone is only coming through the right ear and when I tried to make a phone call, the volume was super low no matter how high I turned it. Also, if I rub my fingers over the left ear mic, I don’t hear any feedback of any kind like I do with the right. Granted, my prescription is very low in my left ear but even when I turn up the volume to max on the left, I don’t feel like there is ANYthing coming out of it.
Should I just assume these are faulty and go back into the audiologist?
