I must be having an aid problem since my Phonak Paradise power aids work better in T-Coil mode versus Auto Sense. Which makes no sense to me.
Now I should mention when in T-coil mode both aides are turned on. So the right side does not shut off. So then comparing Auto Sense to T-coil we do have apples to apples in that aids are functioning on both sides.
But Auto Sense mode should bring in way more volume (in my opinion) versus T-coil.
Aids are now around 5 years old but were serviced a year ago by Phonak and seem to be functioning on some level. Though now I question performance level.
Thoughts of anyone on board?
