2-3 months into a set of Genesis AI after trying the Jabra’s from Costco. Right one developed a static noise, like old AM radio or other radio interference, but with strange electric sounding pops. Source could not fix them, sent back to factory, waiting for them to come back. Now, out of the blue, the left one starts the same thing.
It’s random, comes and goes, different times of day, in different places from home to car going places. Sometimes so persistent I just take it out. Other times no static for hours, half a day even.
Wondering if anyone else with Genesis AI, or any hearing aids for that matter, has experienced static noise problems.
