Why have you had to replace yours so many times?
On my first one, the video screen went out. Remembering the sequence of button presses on the different areas of the screen enabled me to use it for a while longer, but eventually the touch screen went out too.
Until I found one a new Surflink Mobile 2 on eBay for cheap, I was able to pick up two Surflink Medias (home and work) for under $50.
I kept the Surflink Medias and now just use the Mobile when I am - mobile!
