Hello again. Have been using the Starkey software (ProFit), but it now seems to be corrupted. Even my download files do not seem to work. Can anyone give me a fresh link to download Patient Base and Pro fit. Thank you
That’s interesting, wonder what happened there, but yeah sometimes it’s just better to do a fresh install to get things rolling along again.
If you don’t mind giving a little more help. When I click on the links you sent Profit downloads. When I click on Patientbase I get this Unconfirmed 492343 download CRDOWNLOAD FILE. And it will not open. Any thought? Thanks in advance
Also, in the old install I get Patientbase Server Not Available. Was working yesterday, I ave no idea
Hmmmm, must be your browser, it’s a click and download, I just did it myself now without issue using Opera browser.
As for your patient base not working properly, I’d say that’s possibly your internet data connection, did you reboot your modem and PC and then try again.

The problem problem withe server, I have no idea. Have a very solid internet. Will work on it tomorrow
Writing this in hopes of helping someone else with the same issue. First issue was fresh download of Patient Base. I am using Windows 11 and for some reason could not get a good download. Thanks to Tenkan kind suggestion, switched to Chrome and no problem.
Next problem was with opening ProFit from Patient Base. After using for several months, got a message stating Patientbase Server Not Available. After digging into it with a Microsoft tech, seems was a problem in handshaking between Patient Base and the local Windows server and how both were handling the patient database (I do not know what I am talking about, but repeating the tech’s words). Ended up having to re-install Windows. Was a pain, but now it works. Hope this helps someone.
