Starkey remote mic left right swapped

My wife has Starkey HA’s and is using the remote microphone/mini mobile Bluetooth adapter.

She mainly uses the headphone cable and not the Bluetooth. Regardless, when she streams audio via cable or via Bluetooth, the stereo channels are backwards. The left channel goes to her right HA and vice versa. We have re-paired them and it’s still the same. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi. You did not specify which hearing aid models you are connectiong to the SurfLink Mini Mobile.
Could you please post the model type of your hearing aids?

Note: SurfLink Mini Mobile is not compatible with Starkey’s 2.4 GHz line of hearing aids: Halo/Halo2, Livio/Livio Ai, Evolve Ai, Genesis Ai , (MFI / bluetooth)

SurfLink aka 900MHz
SurfLink Mobile only compatible with all 900 MHz wireless hearing aids. Generation 2012 to 2016. All Starkey SurfLink accessories are only compatible with: Muse / Muse IQ, Picasso, Z-Series, 3-Series, Wi-Series (with 900 MHz radio)

Thanks, sorry for not including them, but they are compatible. They are Starkey Picasso i1600
