Starkey remote mic left right swapped

My wife has Starkey HA’s and is using the remote microphone/mini mobile Bluetooth adapter.

She mainly uses the headphone cable and not the Bluetooth. Regardless, when she streams audio via cable or via Bluetooth, the stereo channels are backwards. The left channel goes to her right HA and vice versa. We have re-paired them and it’s still the same. Anyone know how to fix this?

Could you please post the model type of your hearing aids?
