Is there a spec somewhere that indicates the amplification of the Philips 9030 ITC and the CIC version?
Specifically, can both device models handle a loss of 80db at 2K and 85db at 4k?
Do these devices have a feature to frequency shift from high frequency to low frequency? if so, any description of what it does?
