I am trying out a pair of Phonak Naida S IV, and need audi to make an adjustment. The sound of rattling/jingling keys is driving me nuts! Does anyone know what the frequency and dB level is typical for this sound?
The target software has automatic adjustments for high pitched sounds like that and clanging dishes. Have your audi go to that section of the program. Mine was able to solve the problem quickly.
Crap! I was just at my Audi today and remember seeing that adjustment but can’t remember the name of it. You can set it to weak, moderate or strong. I remember hovering over the icon and it specified that the adjustment is for easing of loud banging noises.
