I have been wondering about this for a long time. I have Phonak Audeo M70R hearing aids. When watching tv using the Phonak tv connector (it is a godsend) it cuts out at least half of my wife’s talking even if the regular tv sound is down to nothing. Is that normal? Is there anything I can do to change it?

TV Connector uses same program settings you use for Bluetooth audio like music.
Are your hearing aid microphones attenuated? Think default is -6 dB which won’t help hear your wife.

If you push the “down” button on the hearing aids, that will increase the sound from the microphones (your wife) in relationship to the TV.

While using the App and connected to the TV Connector + Mic function you can set the Ambience Ballance (at the bottom of the screen) to increase the surrounding sound (your wife’s conversation).
