I had one of my KS9’s fail a few weeks ago. Obviously out of warranty. Costco sent them out and I got them back yesterday. Took 15 days from when I gave them to Costco.The cost was $200. Much less than new aids and I am very happy with them. Not sure how long they will be able to do this but I hope it goes on for many years. LOL
I live 100 miles from costco but it is still worth the drive.
